Return Policy
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags intact
- Shoes must be tried on indoors only. Any visible wear, dirt, creasing, or damage will void eligibility
- Returns that fail inspection will be rejected and returned to the sender
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Sizing Issues and First-Time Exchanges
If the size isn’t quite right, we offer one exchange per item (subject to availability).
To proceed:
- Initiate your exchange request within 30 days of delivery
- Ensure the item meets all return conditions
- Once the original item is received and approved, we will send the replacement
Any further exchanges must be handled as a return and a new purchase.
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted by 30% or more are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product arrives defective.
5. Orders in Transit
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been shipped.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been dispatched, you may return it once it is delivered, following the return conditions in section 2.
Refusing delivery, returning a package without prior approval, or filing a payment dispute while the package is in transit may lead to delays, forfeiture of shipping costs, or denial of refund.
6. How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email support@venicevista.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply with return instructions and confirm replacement availability (if applicable)
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days
- After shipping, you must provide a valid tracking number and carrier name (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, national post)
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
- Always use a trackable, insured shipping method. Venice Vista is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
